闭式离心叶轮数字化造型算法与结构可视化实现

摘    要:叶轮机械气动设计与结构造型往往受制于算法、软件环境的不同,难以直接与计算机辅助设计软件结合,阻碍了整个设计过程的数字化。本文采用非均匀有理B样条技术,以某闭式离心式压缩机叶轮为例,基于OpenGL实现了该叶轮的数字化几何造型及显示,该造型可直接植入气动设计过程中。进一步依据初始图形交换规范,可实现叶轮设计与CAD建模的数据交互联接,提高了设计效率。该方法可推广至其他类型压缩机叶轮的数字化设计过程中。

Abstract:The aerodynamic design and structural modeling of turbomachinery are difficult to combine directly with Computer-Aided Design software due to varying algorithms and software environments that hinder the digitization of the design process. In this paper, the non-uniform rational B-spline technique is used to realize the digital geometric modeling and display of a shrouded centrifugal compressor impeller based on OpenGL. The modeling can be directly implanted in the process of aerodynamic design. Furthermore, the data interaction and interconnection between impeller design and CAD modeling can be realized based on the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification, improving the design efficiency. The method presented can be extended to the digital design process of other types of compressor impeller.
