摘    要:对空冷燃煤机组给水泵自动并退控制策略进行组态、优化,并在某电厂600 MW机组成功投运。结果表明:在并退泵程序自动执行过程中,机组的各项参数均优于运行人员手动操作的过程,整个并泵过程耗时≤10 min,退泵耗时≤8 min;并退过程中锅炉给水质量流量的波动≤±75 t/h,且给水质量流量偏差的持续时间<3 min,汽包水位的波动≤±60 mm。实现给水泵自动并退功能可减轻运行人员的劳动强度,提高机组的自动化水平及可靠性,具有切实的意义。

Abstract:The control strategy for automatic feed pump combining and retreating was configured and optimized,which has been successfully applied in a 600 MW power unit.Results show that during the implementation of the automatic control strategy,all the parameters are superior to that of manual manipulation,and it takes less than 10 min for pump combining and less than 8 min for pump retreating;the maximum fluctuation of feed water mass flow is 75 t/h,and the time of deviation is kept within 3 min,while the maximum fluctuation of drum level is 60 mm.The control strategy for automatic feed pump combining and retreating is of practical significance in reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving the automation level and reliability of relevant power units.
