油气田油气集输智能化站库发展模式探讨

摘    要:油气田开发后期,劳动生产率、优化管理运行成为制约油气田发展的主要因素。油气田信息化建设,通过数据采集、视频监控等技术实现对井场、计量站等小型场站的远程监控,给优化岗位用工及生产管理带来积极作用,但大中型油气集输站库仅仅通过实现数据采集、视频监控根本无法达到进一步提高劳动生产率的目的。近年来,随着油气田智能化技术的不断发展,建设智能化站库将会使油气站库进一步提高劳动生产率、优化管理运行。主要探讨油气田油气集输智能化站库的发展模式。

Abstract:At development late stage for oil and gas fields, labor productivity and process management become the main factors restricting the development. Information construction, through data acquisition and video surveillance technology to achieve remote monitoring of well sites, metering stations and other small stations, to optimize the employment and process management has a positive effect. However, only through the realization of data acquisition and video surveillance, the reservoir of the large and medium-sized station/depot achieves the goal of further improving labor productivity. Recently, with the continuous development of intelligent technology in oil and gas fields, the construction of intelligent station/depot will further improve labor productivity and optimize process management. This paper mainly discusses the development model of intelligent station/depot in oil and gas fields.
