小汽轮机停机保护设计可靠性研究

摘    要:某厂一、二号机组DCS系统采用日立HICAS-5000M控制系统,机组投运以来发生多次因DC24V、AC220V电磁式监视继电器故障导致设备运行、操作故障,依据某厂小汽轮机系统设备运行可靠性对小汽轮机保护设计进行可靠性分析,探讨小汽轮机保护设计可靠性分析提出的安全隐患,并提出优化意见。

Abstract:The DCS system of No.one or two unit of a plant using Hitachi HICAS-5000M control system,many failures have occurred due to the malfunction of the DC24V and AC220V electromagnetic monitoring relays.The reliability analysis of small steam turbine protection design is carried out according to the reliability of equipment operation of small steam turbine system.The reliability analysis of small steam turbine protection design is discussed,and puts forward the optimization opinion.
