全数字化仪控系统在方家山核电厂中的应用

摘    要:秦山核电厂扩建工程方家山核电机组以岭澳一期工程为参考电站,仪表与控制系统在系统功能、控制逻辑、整定值及其功能分配等方面基本与参考电站保持不变,电站的运行、管理和维修都有较强的可继承性。其中,仪控系统的硬件和系统结构上较参考电站有很多的改进,采用了全数字化的控制系统。对方家山核电厂全数字化仪控系统进行了介绍,对不同分级的系统设备如何纳入DCS控制,以及纳入哪种平台进行了分析;之后,介绍了在方家山项目中应用的Triconex、I/A Series、P320等平台的技术特点,几个平台是如何组成全厂数字化仪控系统。在未来核电厂的设计中,应该考虑减少第三方控制系统的规模,提高全厂数字化仪控系统的整体性。

Abstract:The expansion project of Qinshan nuclear power plant Fangjiashan nuclear power plant takes Lingao phase Ⅰ project as the reference power station,the instrument and control system basically remain unchanged with the reference power station in system function,control logic,setting value and function distribution,etc.,and the operation,management and maintenance of the power station have strong inheritability.The hardware and system structure of the instrument control system are much improved compared with that of the reference power station.It specifies the digtal control system used in the Fangjiashan nuclear power plant,and analyzes the different grades systems which should be included in DCS and which platform to include.introduces the technical characteristics of Triconex,I/A Series,P320 and other platforms applied in Fangjiashan project,and how several platforms constitute the digital instrument control system of the whole factory.
