摘    要:某中速磨辊式磨煤机正压直吹式冷一次风机系统存在出力不足等问题1]。因此针对锅炉效率的理论计算以及对制粉系统详细的优化对比试验,着重对磨煤机出力、煤粉细度、风煤比、磨煤机出口温度、制粉系统漏风等影响因素进行了试验分析和论证总结。研究结果表明:负压直吹式漏风率太高不经济,而正压直吹式制粉系统优化后使锅炉效率提高至93.71%。采取相应调整措施后,磨煤机出力显著提高,制粉系统带负荷能力大幅增加。

Abstract:A power plant equipped with medium-speed grinding roller coal mill, the positive pressure direct-blowing cold primary fan system has the problem of insufficient output1]. Based on the theoretical calculation of boiler efficiency and the detailed optimization and comparison test of pulverizing system, it analyzed and demonstrated the influence factors of boiler efficiency, such as output of coal mill, fineness of coal pulverizing system, air-coal ratio, exit temperature of coal mill, air leakage of pulverizing system and so on. The results show that the air leakage rate of the negative pressure direct blowing system is too high to economy, and the boiler efficiency is increased to 93.71% after the optimization of the positive pressure direct blowing system. After the corresponding adjustment measures were taken according to the test results, the output of coal mill and powder system load capacity increased significantly.
