摘    要:煤制油气化装置有宁煤炉和GSP气化炉,每台气化炉均配置煤粉给料罐、煤锁斗及多条输煤管线,其中对连续料位、料位开关和密度的检测采用放射性同位素仪表。而放射源本身作为敏感而重要的危险源,对其日常安全维护有着更高要求。本文对放射性同位素仪表的风险辨识、日常作业维护、人员管理以及应急响应做了总结、探讨,以达到对放射源进行有效安全管控的目的。

Abstract:The coal-to-gas-gasification unit has Ning coal furnace and GSP gasifier. Each gasifier is equipped with pulverized coal feed tank, coal lock bucket and a number of coal transport pipelines, among which the continuous level of material, level of material switch and density detection using radioactive isotope instrument. As a sensitive and important hazard source, radioactive sources have higher requirements for their daily safety maintenance. This paper summarizes and discusses the risk identification, daily operation maintenance, personnel management and emergency response of radioactive isotope instrument, so as to achieve the purpose of effective safety control of radioactive sources.
