工程设计中插入式涡街流量计插入深度的选择

摘    要:描述插入式涡街流量计的工作原理,根据流体力学中著名的"卡门涡街"原理进行流量测量,同时根据被测介质流速分布情况,简述涡旋发生体(非线性三角柱形体)以及探头的结构形式;经试验论证了插入式涡街流量计在被测管道内正确的插入深度(主要是涡旋发生体和并联方式的四片压电晶体与被测管道的相对位置),从而确定安装现场的通用原则和规范,当配合辅助工具(公司专利产品:开孔器和推进、启拔器)还可实现现场不停产安装或更换,弥补了法兰式涡街流量计的体积大、整体重量过大、安装不便等不足现象,具有很高的性价比。

Abstract:The working principle of plug-in vortex flowmeter is described,flow measurement is carried out according to the famous Karman vortex street principle in fluid mechanics,at the same time, according to the velocity distribution of the measured medium,the vortex generator(nonlinear triangular cylinder) and the structure of the probe are briefly described;The test proves the correct insertion depth of plug-in vortex flowmeter in the pipeline under test(It mainly refers to the relative positions of vortex generator and four piezoelectric crystals connected in parallel with the pipeline to be measured),so as to determine the general principles and specifications for the installation site.When cooperating with auxiliary tools(Patented products of the company:hole opener and pusher)but also can realize on-site installation or replacement without stopping production,this makes up for the large volume of flange vortex flowmeter,overall weight is too large,inadequate installation, etc,has very high cost performance.This paper mainly introduces the correct insertion depth of plug-in vortex flowmeter.
