Position and role of the Engineer in construction of hydropower projects

With continuous development and improvement of marketing economy in China and in order to well achieve investment target of project construction,the Engineer shall rightly,fairly and independently supervise the project based upon the contract in terms of three controls,two managements and one coordination.The Engineer has provided intelligent engineering service for the Employer while superintending the Employer and the Contractor to obey relevant standards or codes stipulated by the State,which has played a significant role in the construction of the project.
