21世纪的变压器技术

摘    要:使用耐高温材料的变压器具有重量轻、体积小、用油量少、可燃性低、安全性高、容量大和损耗低等优势。文章介绍的使用耐高温材料的油浸变压器由美国和欧洲于20世纪80年代联合开发,已在美国、欧洲及韩国、中国(包括台湾地区)、阿根廷、巴拉圭、南非和澳大利亚等国广泛使用。这种耐高温材料主要由NOMEX(R)(芳香聚酰胺)绝缘纸和纸板组成,不仅可以和普通油一起用于输电和配电变压器,很经济地提高变压器容量和可靠性,还可与难燃或耐高温油一起使用,大幅度减小变压器体积和重量,同时更加安全并且有利于环保。

Transformer Technology for the 21st Century

Abstract:A new technology for the transformer industry involves the use of high temperature materials to provide avariety of economic, environmental and safety benefits to the user, including: lighter weight, smaller size, reduction influids, improved safety, less flammable, more capacity and lower energy losses. This technology was developed jointly inthe United States and Europe during the 1980's and has gained popular usage throughout the developing world, includingrecently in Korea, China, Argentina, Paraguay, South Africa, Taiwan and Australia. The high temperature materials, mainlyNOMEXR aramid papers and boards can be used with conventional fluids in an economic way for power and distributiontransformers for increased capacity and improved reliability. They can also be used with less flammable or higher tempera-ture fluids for dramatic reduction in size and weight, with greater safety and environmental reliability.
