卷取夹送辊作用分析及其辊型配置

摘    要:为寻找合适的卷取机夹送辊的辊型配置,对卷取机卷钢过程中夹送辊的受力情况,从带钢刚进入而又未到达卷筒时开始(包括缠绕在卷筒上卷取3~5圈后)以及卷钢的中期,进行了详细分析,全面阐述了夹送辊在卷取带钢中所起的重要作用,并结合生产实际情况给出了合适的夹送辊辊型配置,即上夹送辊凸度为3.5mm,下夹送辊凸度为2mm。

Abstract:In order to find a suitable roll crown of the pinch roll, the stress of the pinch roll was analyzed when the strip steel was bitten but not reached the coiler, and the stress of the pinch roll during coiling including 3-5 windings and the contact stress between pinch roll and strip steel, were analyzed in detail. The results showed that the suitable crowns of the top pinch roll and the bottom pinch roll are 3.5 mm and 2.0 mm, respective.
