FRPM管的挠曲性设计

摘    要:挠曲性能是玻璃纤维增强塑料夹砂管的重要性能指标。管材设计时应对管的挠曲性能进行专门设计。本文提出了挠曲性的设计方法,通过确定挠曲性检验时危险截面的内力,采用等效截面法确定管壁各层的应力,根据各层材料情况确定其强度,建立挠曲性设计的强度条件,满足设计要求。

Abstract:The deflection level is an important performance index for FRPM pipes and should be specially(designed).In this paper the design method of deflection level is proposed.The step for the design follows,determining the internal forces of the dangerous section as deflection examination,calculating the stress of each layer of the pipe wall with equivalent section,determining the strength of each layer,establishing the design method to satisfy the requirements of deflection level.
