成都市 规划先行 综合配套发展小城镇

成都市近年深入推进城乡一体化发展,以工业化带动城镇化,以城镇化促进工业化,实现城镇化和工业化的互动发展,建成了一批规模较大、经济增长快、人居环境优、辐射带动功能强的城镇。但"大城市太大,小城镇太小"的格局尚未彻底扭转,必须坚持科学规划先行,深入推进"两化"互动、统筹城乡,大力强化小城镇发展的产业支撑,加快推进小城镇综合配套改革,拓宽小城镇建设融资渠道,构建新型城乡形态。
