小型光电编码器细分误差补偿系统

摘    要:为了提高小型光电编码器的精度,建立了一种基于图形拟合的小型光电编码器细分误差补偿系统。首先,阐述了细分误差补偿系统的工作原理及系统组成;然后,详细介绍了该补偿系统的硬件系统组成、相关软件系统设计,分析了该补偿系统的系统误差;最后,采用本系统对某小型光电编码器的细分误差进行补偿处理,经实验测试得到峰值细分误差由70"减小到22"。实验结果显示,本系统可实现小型光电编码器细分误差的补偿,有效提高了小型光电编码器的精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of mini-type photoelectrical encoder, the new system for interpolation error compensation of the mini-type photoelectrical encoder based on figure fitting is presented. Firstly, the working principle of interpolation error compensation system is proposed. Then, the hardware system design, the software system design and the error analysis of system for interpolation error compensation system are introduced in detail. Finally, the method of interpolation error compensation is applied in a mini-type photoelectrical encoder, the peak-to-peak value of interpolation error has reduced to 22" from 70" after testing. The experimental results indicate that the interpolation error compensation of the mini-type photoelectrical encoder can be realized through the system introduced in the paper, and it improves the precision of mini-type photoelectrical encoder effectively.
