Abstract:To obtain a rapid and stable temperature control effect, a standard PT100 RTD is used as temperature sensor. High precision A/D conversion is realized by ADS1110 with 16bit conversion accuracy. The control center adopts STC89C51 MCU, combined with subsection-integrate PID control algorithm, to control the bidirectional triode thyristor by adjust duty radio of PWM waves so as to control the average heating power of furnace. The results show that the temperature control system can get a steady precision of 0.5oC and the stable time less than 42 minutes. The temperature controller circuit is easy to implement with high precision, low cost and good practicability.
