基于DSP的智能塔吊系统的研究

摘    要:以TMS320LF2407A为核心设计了安全、可靠、智能的塔吊系统.由高度、角度、幅度及质量传感器对各参数进行信号采集,光电隔离电路提高抗干扰能力,键盘设定各参数的门限值,液晶屏显示各参数、日历及报警信息.参数门限值的设定避免了超重滑钩与周边建筑物碰撞的现象;掉电保护电路保证了系统的可靠性;现场遥控器控制塔吊动作,做到了无人驾驶.系统可广泛应用于现代的建筑事业中.

Abstract:The safe,reliable,intelligent tower crane system is designed based on TMS320LF2407A.Signal parameters are collected through the height,angle,amplitude and weight sensors,the anti-interference ability is improved through the photoelectric isolation circuit,the parameters of the threshold value are set through the keyboard,and parameters,calendar and alarm information are displayed in the LCD screen.Overweight slipping hook and the surrounding buildings of collision phenomenon are avoided by setting parameter threshold value;the reliability of the system is ensured by the power-down protection circuit;tower crane′s action is controlled by remote controller which ensures unmanned.This system can be widely used in modern construction enterprise.
