基于MSP430的水温加热控制系统

摘    要:加热控制系统是以MSP430单片机为核心,通过一定的人机交互实现水箱水位和温度的控制。利用定时器实现系统的定时加热;使用不同数目的加热棒实现功率的调节;使用温度传感器LM35H采集数据,经A/D转换后把数据传送给单片机,控制水箱的温度;利用浮球、磁电开关、电磁阀控制水箱水位。

Abstract:Based on the MSP430 microcontroller, the heating control system achieves level and temperature control of the water tank through human-computer interaction. The timed heating function is achieved by using timers, and different number of electric heating rods are used to adjust power. The temperature sensor LM35H is adopted to complete signal acquisition. After A/D converter, the data are transferred to the microcontroller to control the water temperature . By using float ball, magnetic switch, electromagnetic valve the level of the water tank is controlled.
