脱硫添加剂在烟气脱硫系统故障处理中的应用

针对某电厂600MW机组石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫系统脱硫效率下降、石膏中亚硫酸钙含量超标,现场调查分析发现循环泵喷嘴堵塞、浆液喷淋量减少以及系统运行pH值偏高是导致故障发生的主要原因。采用HEE-1型脱硫添加剂进行了处理,结果表明,HEE-1型脱硫添加剂能快速提高系统的脱硫效率,有效地改善脱硫系统的运行工况,促进亚硫酸钙的氧化,可作为脱硫系统故障处理的应急措施。

Application of additives on fault treatment of desulfurization system for power plant

The fault of desulfurization system about the SO2 removal efficiency losses and the calcium sulphite content in gypsum above standards in 600 MW generator set was analyzed in details.The decrease of slurry spray flux,which was caused by the blockage of circulating pump nozzles and the higher slurry pH value,were the main reasons.The fault was treated by using HEE-1 desulfurization additive.The application results show that the additives presents unique performance,such as raising the desulfurization efficiency quickly,improving the operation conditions of desulphurization system and promoting the oxidation rate of calcium sulphite.HEE-1 desulphurization additive can be used in the fault treatment of the desulfurization system.
