聚丙烯酰胺接枝壳聚糖及其污水处理试验

摘    要:以脱乙酰度大于90%的自制壳聚糖和丙烯酰胺为原料,以正交试验法得到丙烯酰胺接枝壳聚糖最佳反应条件为:反应温度30℃;丙烯酰胺与壳聚糖质量比6:1;反应时间3h;引发剂浓度1.5 mmol/L,红外光谱对接枝产物进行了表征,以接枝和未接枝壳聚糖对实际工业废水作絮凝处理性能的对比试验,接枝壳聚糖的COD,浊度和色度去除率分别比未接枝壳聚糖提高6.7%,2.7%和8.6%。

Abstract:By using acrylamide as monomer, over 90% deacetalation chitosan as backbone, grafted chitosan was prepared by orthogonal test method. The optimum conditions were as following, reaction temperature 30℃; mass ratio of acrylamide to chitosan 6 : 1, reaction time 3 h, initiator concentration 1.5 mmol/L, FT- IR spectra verified the success of grafting reaction. Flocculation treatments of industrial waste water showed that grafted chitosan had a better COD, turbidity and color removal ratio of 6. 7% ,2. 7% and 8.6% respectively over chitosan.
