摘    要:通过对燃烧室形状进行降低炉膛高度、增大炉内表面积等改进方案的分析比较,寻找了一种能够提高燃料的利用率、降低残余氧气的含量、减少钢坯炉内粘钢并能指导加热炉优化改造的方法。

Abstract:By means of analyzing and comparing several projects which modified shape of combustion chamber in heating furnace, i. e. depressing the height or enlarging the surface area of combustion chamber, a method which could raise utilization rate of the fuel, cut down the content of remaining oxygen, decrease the situation of steel sticking on billet in furnace, and guide optimizing reconstruction of heating furnace was looked for.
