摘    要:羧甲基羟两基纤维素(CMHPC)经水解和乙酰化反应后,利用~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR谱确定其取代度和取代基分布,提出了纤维素葡萄糖单元上羟基的相对反应活性顺序。

Abstract:Information about the degree of substitution(DS) and the molar substitution(MS) in carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl cellulose(CMHPC) was studied by means of ~1H-NMR analysis after hydrolysis and acetylation pretreatment. The results were found to be in good agreement with that obtained from ASTM method. The ~(13)C-NMR signals of treated CMHPC samples in DMSO were well-resolved and separated, reflecting the detailed structural parameters, and allowing determination of sustituent distribution in CMHPC. Estimation indicated that the relative reactivity of hydroxyl groups on glucose residue toward etherification is OH-6 OH-2 OH-3 when the total degree of substitution is higher.
