环己醇脱氢新型催化剂的研究

摘    要:研制了新型环己醇脱氢制环己酮催化剂 ,系统考察了催化剂组份和制备条件对催化性能的影响。筛选出了高性能催化剂 ,并考察了催化剂预处理条件、反应温度、空速等对环己醇转化率和环己酮选择性的影响。在模拟工业生产条件下 ,进行了 15 0 0h稳定性考察。在此基础上 ,制备了工业剂型催化剂 ,并进行了基本物性和催化活性测定

Abstract:WT5BZ]Catalysts for dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone were prepared A high performance catalyst was selected by systematic experiment with different catalyst component and condition of preparation, and conversion of cyclohexanol and selectivity with respect to cyclohexanone were tested by changing the pretreatment condition of catalyst, reaction temperature and space velocity.A 1500 hour stability test of catalyst was proceeded under simulated industrial conditions An industrial catalyst was then prepared and tested with a 100 ml fixbed reactor [WT5HZ][
