摘    要:电源供电电路设计对DSP系统的可靠应用具有十分重要的意义。针对TI公司DSP芯片TMS320F2812的双电源供电电路,结合双电源供电芯片和上电复位芯片的应用特点,实现了1.9V的核电源和3.3V的I/O电源的双电源供电电路,并对电路中主要芯片的应用电路作了相应分析。在上电次序上,本设计满足I/0电源和核心电源的上电先后顺序要求。经验证双电源启动电路完全满足启动要求,所有设计电路工作稳定可靠,本设计为DSP应用系统稳定工作提供了有效的保障。

Abstract:Power supply circuit design is very important to the DSP system reliable applications. This paper focuses on the dual power supply circuit for DSP system TMS320F2812 from TI Company. The circuit utilizes characteristics of dual power supply chip and power-up reset chip to design a dual power supply circuit for the kernel power 1.9V and I/O power 3.3V. Analysis is carried out for the typical application circuit of the main chip used in this circuit. For the power-up sequence, the requirement for I/O power and kernel power sequence is satisfied. Through test of this dual power supply circuit it is shown that it can meet the power-up requirement of the system. All circuits work stably, which provides effective protection to the stable of working DSP application system.
