钛酸四丁酯-二乙醇胺-水-乙醇系溶胶制备 TiO_2 薄膜

摘    要:研究了钛酸四丁酯-二乙醇胺-水-乙醇系溶胶特性,表明二乙醇胺有抑制Ti(OBu)4水解,稳定溶胶粘度的作用,有利于制备TiO2薄膜。该系溶胶浸涂制备TiO2薄膜时易出现裂纹,加入干燥控制剂二甲基甲酰胺可有效地消除裂纹,得到均匀致密的TiO2薄膜,这种薄膜与玻璃基片有很强的结合力。

Abstract:Solution characteristics of Ti(OBu) 4-Diethanolamine-C 2H 5OH-H 2O system were studied. It was found that Diethanolamine (DEA) could suppress hydrolization of Ti(OBu) 4, and stabilize viscosity of the sol. TiO 2 film would be easily obtained thereby. There existed cracks in the film got from the sol in many cases. As chemical additives for drying control, dimethyl formamide could avoid the crack, and uniform and dense TiO 2 films could be prepared. The film could tightly adhere to glass substrate.
