治沟骨干工程坝高设计探讨

摘    要:治沟骨干工程经过多年的运行,会因泥沙淤积而成为病险坝,影响到工程的可持续利用。要实现工程拦截泥沙的有效性和可持续性,设计时就要进行相对稳定分析,对要拦泥淤成的坝地进行生产利用分析。设计治沟骨干工程的同时,也要对坝控小流域的坡面进行综合治理设计,在实施坝的同时,实施坡面治理措施,减少流入坝地的泥沙,减小坝地上泥沙淤积的厚度,确保坝地实现长期生产保收和坝体安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Gully control dams are easy to be silted after years of operation and may result in risk and threat to sustainable utilization. For the sake of effectiveness and sustainability of sediment control structures, analysis should he conducted on dam relative stability and the silted land use when designing. Careful studies are necessary for controlling the slope of small watershed so as to reduce sand running into the silted- land and sedimentation and ensure the long-term production on the land and safety of dams.
