厚壁管类工件水淬传热问题的计算机模拟

摘    要:根据钢制厚壁管类工件淬火的实际情况,建立了一个包含变物性、形状因素、过冷沸腾换热边界条件和相组成变化的热传导控制方程组。用有限元法求解厚壁管类工件水淬时瞬态温度分布和瞬态相组成分布。与实测相应厚壁管特性点的瞬态温度对比,计算结果令人满意。

Abstract:Based on the practice of thick wall tube metal workpiece during quenching,a set of heat conduction governing equations,including variable physical properties,shape effect,subcooling boiling boundary and variable phsase transformation composition,is put forward and is solved by means of Finite Element Method in this paper.The distributions of transient temperature field and various phase transformation compositions for all elements at different time are obtained and compared with the measurement results.The calculated results are satisfied.
