| Abstract: | This paper analyzed clearly current production process from receiving order, production plan, production management to inventory management in making kitchen equipment corporation, and discussed how to use the kernel idea of lean production--Just In Time in these kinds of corporations-small batch and many variety of production. And described that how to realize the mode of Just In Time production, therefore which can lead to reduce waste, promote benefit and more competitive capability in kitchen equipment industry. |
