摘    要:结合目前排水管道的清淤现状,分析了国内外的多种清淤方法:绞车清淤法、高压水射流清淤法和水冲清淤法等,其中绞车清淤法是目前国内广泛应用的一种清淤方法。针对这种清淤方法穿缆效率低的缺点,提出了采用新型的排水管道穿缆机器人,可提高绞车清淤作业中的穿缆效率和自动化水平。根据排水管道的特殊作业环境,提出了穿缆机器人的总体方案。

Abstract:According to the status quo of cleaning of sewer,several cleaning ways of sewer were analyzed,such as mechanical cleaning,high-pressure water cleaning,etc.Mechanical cleaning is widely used in China at present.Its disadvantage is that pulling wire rope through the sewer is inefficient.A new robot used to pull wire rope through the sewer was put forward.It can improve the efficiency of pulling wire rope through the sewer and the automation level of cleaning of sewer.Based on special working environment of sewer,the total robot project was put forward.
