| 摘 要： | 2001年11月10日我国加入WTO以来,各行各业都面临着与过去不同的市场变革。注册会计师作为取得注册会计师证书并在会计师事务所执业的人员,同样面临着巨大的挑战。这几年笔者通过针对CPA行业的调查研究,将阐述新形势下注册会计师所面临的机遇与挑战,并提出一些对策。
