基于遗传算法的自适应模糊调节器的设计

摘    要:本文简要阐述了遗传算法和模糊控制的基本原理,并结合二者针对一个具体的随机非线性系统进行优化研究。文章设计了基于遗传算法的自适应模糊调节器。并在充分分析了量化因子对系统稳态性能和动态性能的影响的基础上,提出了一种智能调节量化因子的模糊控制算法,使系统具有更好的动态和稳态性能。文章利用此控制器对双线性模型进行了仿真,结果证明了其有效性。

Abstract:This paper briefly describes the basic Principles of genetic algorithm and fuzzy control. Combining these two factors, the paper studies a specific stochastic nonlinear system and its optimization. A adaptive Fuzzy regulator based on genetic algorithm is designed, and with the full analysis of the impact of quantitative factor on the steady-state and dynamic properties of the system, the article proposes a fuzzy control algorithm which regulates quantification factor automatically, so that the system is more outstanding on dynamic and static performance. The article simulates the doublelinear model with this adaptive fuzzy regulator, and the results prove its effectiveness.
