液晶中间体4-(2,3-二氟-4-烷氧基)苯基环己醇的合成研究

摘    要:以4-(2,3-二氟-4-烷氧基)苯基环己醇甲酸酯为原料,在碱性条件下水解反应得到4-(2,3-二氟-4-烷氧基)苯基环己醇液晶中间体,经过重结晶得到合格的目的产品,GC含量>99.8%,收率>95%。目的产物通过了GC-MS,DSC,IR等的确认。

Abstract:Using 4-(2,3-difluorine-4-n-alkoxy) phenyl cyclohexyl formate as raw material,on the condition of alkali,4-(2,3-difluorine-4-n-alkoxy) phenyl cyclohexanol was composed by hydrolysis reaction,after crystallization of qualified products,content of target product.GC is over 99.8%.Recovery is over 95% and the products were characterized by GC-MS,DSC,IR.
