难浸金矿石堆式细菌氧化-氰化炭浸法提金试验研究

摘    要:介绍了难浸金矿石堆式细菌氧化-氰化炭浸提金的基本试验方法和结果。采用柱浸方式模拟堆式氧化过程。对某含砷微细浸染剂型难浸矿石经堆式细菌氧化后,柱式氰化浸取金的浸出率由原来的4.07%提高到57.46%,而矿石经细磨至-320目粒度后采用氰化炭浸法浸金,金的浸出率达到80.02%,这基本解决了金矿物同时受金属硫化矿物和非金属矿物包裹的问题,是该类难浸金矿石提金的一种有效方法。

Abstract:The method and result of leaching of gold ore heap bio oxidation cyanidation CIL process was introduced.Adopting column leaching to simulate heap bio oxidation process,the mincro grain disseminated refractory ore after bacterial oxidation the column leaching rate improved from 4.07% to 57.46%.The gold cyanidation CIL after fine grinding to -320 mesh,the gold leaching rate to come to 80.02%,the gold mineral wrapped by sulphur metals are basically solved.This is the effective method of the type of the gold ore.
