摘    要:针对传统龙门刨床电气控制系统精度低、调速差、故障率高、维修量大等问题,对龙门刨床电气控制系统工作原理与工作流程进行了分析,将西门子S7-200系列PLC技术应用到龙门刨床电气控制系统中,建立了PLC技术与龙门刨床被控对象之间的关系,提出了用PLC技术改造传统机床控制系统的方法,分析了控制系统硬件配置、输入/输出点分配和软件编程的设计过程,设计了主要的控制程序流程,实现了对龙门刨床电气控制系统的改造。研究结果表明,该系统结构简单、功能齐全、操作方便;同时通过PLC程序控制,节省了人力与继电器元件,减小了维护工作量,其经济性、可靠性及自动化程度都较原控制系统有了较大的提高。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low accuracy,poor characteristics of speed governing,higher failure rate and large maintenance in traditional gantry planer control system,machine principle of work and workrlow was analyzed,S7-200 series PLC was applied.The relationship of the PLC technology and gantry planer control object was established.The system design method was put forward.The system function such as the configuration of hardware,input and output,control software were introduced.The research results show that the system is simplified and so easy to overhaul.By programming control the process,labour and relay element are reduced,maintenance workload is decreased,the reliability,the economical efficiency and the automation have been highly developed.
