EPS发泡砂浆灌浆墙板力学性能研究

摘    要:新型墙体材料是节能建筑特别是绿色建筑的基础材料,是实现住宅产业化,提高住宅的设计标准化、部品工厂化、施工装配化水平,提高社会生产效率,降低各类资源的消耗,降低施工过程对环境的不良影响,是建筑业技术进步和经济与社会可持续发展的需要.基于此,本文提出一种新型节能墙体——EPS发泡混凝土灌浆墙,通过对其进行均布堆载试验,研究了其在均布荷载作用下的强度、挠度等力学性能,得出了EPS发泡砂浆是一种较理想的外墙体材料的结论.

Abstract:New-type wall material is the base material of the energy saving building, especially the green building. And achieving the housing industry, improving the level of the standardization of residen- tial design, the level of parts industrialization, and the level of assembled construction, you can improve the efficiency of social production, reduce the consumption of all types of resources and harmful effect on the environment in the process of the construction , it is also the needs of social sustainable development and the progress of construction technology and economic. So this paper proposes a new type of energy- saving wall EPS foam mortar grout wall. Through the uniform loading test, we study on its strength, deflection and other mechanical properties,the conclusion indicate the EPS foam mortar is an ideal wall body material.
