摘    要:随着超低功耗集成电路技术的发展,电子微系统的功耗已进入微瓦(μW)级范围,使其利用周围环境中的射频能量为自身供电成为可能。在回顾无线能量传输的历史以及介绍环境射频能量收集的可行性及其应用研究成果和进展的基础上,分析环境射频能量收集在超低功耗电子微系统中广泛应用所面临的关键技术、难点以及可能的解决方法;最后讨论了环境射频能量收集技术的发展方向,使该领域有待于研究的问题和方向更加具体化、明确化。

Abstract:With the development of ultra-low power consumption integrated circuit technology, the power consumption of electronic micro-system is reduced to a micro-watt (μW) magnitude, so it is possible for the electronic micro-system to power itself by harvesting ambient radio frequency (RF) energy. Based on the introduction about the wireless power transmission and the feasibility, development and applications of ambient RF energy harvesting technique, the key techniques, challenges and possible solutions of the im- plementation and wide applications are discussed. Finally, the developing trend of the ambient RF energy harvesting technique is presented, making the research issue and its direction more idiographic and specific.
