某型飞机液压油滤器常见故障及检修时机研究

液压系统及其附件是飞机机械系统的重要组成,而液压油滤器又是控制飞机油液污染的重要附件。本文针对某型飞机液压油滤器常见类型,即高压油滤器、工作油滤器、回油滤器及循环油滤器进行了对照比较,针对其使用和维护时存在的滤芯变形、滤网脱焊、滤网堵塞以及堵塞指示装置不发信号等常见故障进行了原因分析,并结合部队修理厂对液压油滤器的检修时机以及定检、特检工作进行了说明,期望能对其他机型的油滤器问题提供参考。

Common Faults and Maintenance Timing about Hydraulic Oil Filters of a Certain of aircraft

The Hydraulic system and its attachments are the important parts of the aircraft mechanical system and the hydraulic filter is an important annex to control the aircraft oil pollution. In terms of the hydraulic filter of a certain aircraft. In this paper, the high-pressure oil filter, working oil filter, returning oil filter is compared, and the common faults during the using and maintaining process, such as the deformation of the oil filter, the sealing off of the filter, the clogging of the oil filter, the failure of clogging alarming and so on, is analyzed and the timing of maintenance, regular inspection, and special inspection is illustrated, which aims to provide reference for oil filter detection and repair of other types of aircraft.
