摘    要:为全方位地提高起重机生产企业技术部门设计产品的自动化、数字化程度,摆脱传统二维设计,转向新式三维设计,在分析银川起重机器股份有限公司技术部门现状的基础上,归纳总结了支撑新式三维设计的3个主要的信息化应用模式,即系列化产品设计、创新产品设计、产品数据管理.因为前2个方面依赖于后一个,因此设计了以产品数据管理为基础的系列化产品设计和创新产品设计流程.实践表明,系列化产品设计流程提高了产品设计自动化程度,且创新产品设计流程提高了设计数字化程度.最后在此基础上,探讨了实现这2个流程的信息化架构.

Abstract:The R&D Department of Crane Manufacturer is emerging from the traditional 2D design, turning to the new 3D design. It will be an all-round way to improve the degree of automation and digitization of products design. With the analysis status quo of R&D conditions of Yinchuan Crane and Machine Co., Ltd., three main informatization pattern to support new 3D design is concluded and summarized, i.e., serial product design, innovative product design, and PDM. As the two aspects of the former depended on the latter one, PDM-based serial product and innovation product design flows were given. Serial product design flow improves the degree of automation, while innovation product flow improves the degree of digitization. Finally, the implementing of the two flows in informatization architecture was discussed.
