反相悬浮聚合制备高吸醇树脂及性能研究

摘    要:以α—甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵 (DMC)与丙烯酰胺 (AM)为单体 ,采用反相悬浮聚合的方法制得了高吸醇树脂 ,吸甲醇率可达 60 g/ g以上 ,吸乙二醇可达 1 0 0 g/ g以上。合成该树脂的最优条件地为单体 DMC与 AM的质量比为 4∶ 1 ,单体水相浓度为 5 0 % ,油 (环已烷 )相与水相体积比为 2∶ 1 ,引发剂(K2 S2 O8-Na HSO3)用量为 0 .2 5~ 0 .3 0 % ,交联剂 (N,N′—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺 )用量为 0 .2 0~ 0 .2 5 % ,分散剂(Span60 )用量为 1~ 2 %。

Abstract:The alcohol absorbent resin is synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization, in which Methacryloyl(oxyethyl)trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)and acrylamide(AM)are selected as monomers. The absorption amount of the resin is more than 60g/g and 100g/g in case of methanol and glycol respectively. It is found through the experiment that the best conditions of the synthesis of the resin are follows: the amount of initiator (K 2S 2O 8 NaHSO 3) being 0.25~0.3%, the amount of dispersing agent (Span60) being 1~2%, the amount of crosslinking agent being 0.2~0.25%, m(DMC):m(AM) being 4∶1, the monomer concentration in the water phase being 50%and the volume of oil phase(cyclohexane)being two times as that of the water phase. The alcohol absorbent mechanism and the relationship between absorption power and the characters of the lipuid absorbed are also studied here.
