青梅酒降酸的阴离子交换树脂选择及动力学研究

摘    要:研究了青梅酒降酸的静态吸附和动态吸附实验,对9种树脂进行了筛选,并对筛选出的树脂进行了吸附动力学研究。结果表明,大孔阴离子交换树脂D314对青梅酒降酸效果最佳;流速是影响离子交换树脂降酸的重要因素,较小的流速可获得较大的实际处理量,D314阴离子交换树脂对青梅酒降酸的最佳流速为2BV/h。

Abstract:Nine ion-exchange resins were used to treat plum wine for deacidifieation under various conditions in this paper. The sorption kinetics of the selected resin was also investigated. Results indicated that D314 was feasible for deacidification of plum wine. It was demonstrated that the deacidification effect was significantly affected by flow rate during ion exchange treatments. The optimum flow rate of D314 for deacidification of plum wine was 2BV/h.
