高应力条件下煤巷变形失稳分析及防治对策

摘    要:对高应力条件下的煤巷变形特点进行了描述。淮北杨庄矿IV528回采巷道位于垂深-720 m处,巷道部分采用了锚杆及w钢带支护,由于该段地质应力集中,裂隙、断层发育,巷道顶、底板破碎,掘进巷道经常要进行重复返修,安全隐患大。为此,经过不断分析、总结,摸索出了软岩支护的一套方案,有效地遏制了巷道的变形,实现了安全生产。

Abstract:The authors describe the characteristics of coal roadway deformation under high stress condition,IV528 production roadway of Huaibei Yangzhuang Colliery is at-720m vertical depth,bolt and W steel band supporting are used in the part of the roadway.Because of concentrated geological stress,fissure,fault development and broken roof and floor,tunneling roadway usually need to be repaired continuously,which is of great hidden danger.The authors also explores a set of plans of soft rock supporting by continuous analysis and summarizing,which prevents roadway deformation and ensures normal safety production.
