| 摘 要： | 电子政务应用建设整体发展面临着资源利用率低、信息交流不畅、系统维护管理成本过高等问题,本文引入SaaS(软件即服务)模式,对电子政务应用建设模式做出进一步的调整与改善。本文分析了SaaS模式引入电子政务应用系统的必要性与可行性,提出基于SaaS模式电子政务应用系统建设的基本架构设计,以期简化电子政务应用系统建设过程,加强电子政务应用的深入,推进电子政务的发展。

| Abstract: | There are many problems in E-Government application development, such as low rate of resource utilization, system redundant construction, low efficient information exchange, seriously islanding phenomenon, high cost of system maintenance and management, etc. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing SaaS mode into E-Government application system, puts forward the design framework of E-Government application system based on SaaS mode. SaaS mode can simplify the process of the construction of E-Government system, strengthen the application of the E-Government development, and promote the development of E-Government. |
