| Abstract: | Land arrangement plays an important role in the balance of land gross. The significance, the main scope and the previous work on land arrangement are given in brief. The main problems faced at present including the theoretical basis, the ownership and usufruct of land,benefit evaluation and application of technology are analyzed. Some suggestions are also put forward. |
