| 摘 要： | 会计委派制作为现代企业集团公司制下进行财务控制的一种有效、先进的管理手段，越来越被集团企业的管理高层所认可。金堆城钼业集团有限公司作为全国钼行业的一家大型综合性的集团制国有企业，从2000年开始在集团内试行会计委派制。本文作者根据会计委派制的相关理论知识，通过观察和思考，结合会计委派制工作中的实践经验，总结了该项工作在实际中的利弊得失及为做好此项工作应采取的改进措施。

| Abstract: | As an advanced method for managenent, the delegating system for accountants was ratified by the high leader. Since 2000, the delegating system for accountants has been used in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co. , Ltd. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge and practice about delegating system for accountants, the opinion and measurement about delegating system for accountants was expounded. |
