中国可再生能源发展战略

国际社会出于能源安全、环保、就业和经济发展等一系列因素考虑，已将推动可再生能源发展当作21世纪能源发展的基本选择。中国出于类似考虑及发展西部等特定需要，同样需大力发展可再生能源。文章分析了中国可再生能源发展的现状、问题和条件，总结了国际社会的相关经验，在此基础上．提出了中国2020年可再生能源发展的详细目标和发展战略。并对相关政策提出了建议。

Renewable energy development strategy in China

In view of a series of factors such as energy safety, environmental protection, employment and economic growth, the international society has encouraged the development of the renewable energy to such an extent as to treat it as a basic choice of the energy development in the 21^st century. As for China owing to the similar considerations and the requirements specific to the development of the western area, it is also necessary to promote the renewable energy development with great efforts. The status quo, existing problems and the conditions of the renewable energy development in China are analyzed, and the related experiences gained by the international society are summarized at the same time. Based upon the above considerations, a detailed target of the renewable energy development and also the development strategy of 2020 in China are suggested. Suggestions concerning the related policies are also presented.
