摘    要:通过表面张力和稳态荧光光谱的测定 ,探讨了黄原胶 (XC)存在时十四烷基甜菜碱 (C14 BE)的聚集作用。结果表明 ,少量XC存在时 ,有利于C14 BE在溶液表面上聚集 ,从而提高了C14 BE降低水表面张力的效率。XC含量较大时 ,C14 BE与XC在 [C14 BE]

Abstract:The aggregation behavior of tetradecylbetane (C14 BE) in the presence of Xanthan (XC) has been investigated by methods of surface tension and fluorescentce probe techniques. The results indicate that the surface activity was enhanced in the presence of XC when the [C14BE] < cmc. But the mean aggregation number N of C14BE micelles decreases when the concentration of XC increased and the” hydrophobic index”, I1/I3, was not decreased when the [ C14BE] = 0.01 mol· dm-3. This most likely due to the interaction between the molecules of XC and C14 BE. The C14 BE - XC aggregates are formed at a critical aggregation concentration (cac), which is lower than the cmc of C14BE solution. It is shown that the aggregation of C14BE molecules is easier in the presence of XC.
