摘    要:从保护不正确动作的路径因素模型出发,分析了现有继电保护检验手段存在的不足,提出高保真不停电检验新技术。研究了一种基于继电保护信息管理子站,利用保护实时运行信息实施远程监视和诊断的辅助平台,以及在不改变设备正常运行状态的条件下,开展保护及其跳合闸等回路检验检测的方法,并进一步阐述了不停电检验技术在消除检验死角、降低作业风险、提高检验效率以及不影响电网一次设备运行等方面的优势。最后,通过工程应用实例验证了高保真不停电检验技术的可行性与完备性。

Abstract:From maloperation path factor model of protection, an analysis is made of the inadequacy of existing protection inspection technique, and a new inspection technique of high fidelity and power-on test is proposed. Research on a kind of remote monitoring and diagnosis auxiliary platform is going on based on the protection information management substation and protection real-time operation information. And protection device and tripping circuit inspection test without changing the equipment normal operation has been carried out, while the advantages of power-on technique are briefly treated, such as elimination of inspection blind angles, reducing operation risks, improving inspection efficiency without affecting power system primary equipment''s operation. Finally, the feasibility and completeness of the power inspection technique is verified by actual engineering application experiment.
