石灰石矿渣免煅烧砌筑水泥的研发

摘    要:以石灰石、矿渣为主体原料,添加石膏和钢渣,通过粉磨无需煅烧制备出具有节能减排效应的绿色环保的石灰石矿渣免煅烧砌筑水泥。研究表明随石灰石掺量的增加水泥强度下降,石灰石掺量达40%~60%,其物理力学性能仍能满足GB/T3183—2003《砌筑水泥》的要求。钢渣可以有效激发该品种水泥的水化活性,促进水泥的水化,其掺量对水泥强度有较大的影响,其最佳掺入量为8%左右。并测定了用不同含量的石英替代石灰石水泥试样的抗压强度及pH值变化规律,证实石灰石可以有效促进矿渣早期水化,提高早期强度。

Abstract:A new energy saving and environmental protected non-calcined masonry cement with limestone and GGBS as the main raw materials was discussed.The additional gypsum and steel slag were to prepare the non-calcined masonry cement by grinding without burning.The study results indicated that the strength of the cement reduced with the content of limestone increased,and the mechanical properties could meet the requirements of GB / T 3183-2003 < masonry cement > if the content of limestone was 40%~60%.Steel slag cou...
