摘    要:采用乙烯-马来酸酐-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(EMG)作增容剂制备了聚苯硫醚/尼龙66(PPS/PA66)体系,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析法研究了不同含量EMG的PPS/PA66体系的结晶、熔融及热降解行为。结果表明:随着EMG的加入,PA66结晶度升高比较明显,而PPS的熔融行为所受影响不大;PPS/PA66体系的起始分解温度和最大分解温度均得到了提高进,而提高了体系的热稳定性。

Abstract:The PPS/PA66 system with a terpolymer of ethylene, maleic anhydride and glycidyl methacrylate (EMG) as compatibilizer was prepared. The crystallization, melting and thermal degradation behavior of the system with different content of EMG were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis.
