摘    要:结合实例,从粒度大小、粒度分布、物料水分、固有特性和所含异物几方面,分析了物料对辊压机联合粉磨系统的影响,认为只有适宜的物料特性,才能保证高的粉磨效率和高的运转率,并针对各物料特性,从工艺和操作两方面提出了相应的应对措施。

Abstract:The influences of material characteristics on roller press combined grinding system were analyzed in terms of particle size,particle size distribution,material moisture,natural characteristic and foreign matter.Only appropriate material could ensure high grinding efficiency and running rate.Based on the material characteristics,the resolution measures were presented through the aspects of process and operation.
