| 摘 要： | 1000 m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统的回热器发生内漏,导致分子筛再生气带水,进而使分子筛再生失败,空分设备被迫停车。文章简介了1000 m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统的工艺流程,叙述故障现象,分析并确定引起故障的原因,最后介绍了处理措施。
